INKpassport - new feature in the INKbusiness App

We have introduced a new functionality in the INKbusiness app that facilitates management and improves the safety of our clients. INKpassport is a document that every tattoo studio in many EU countries must fill out for each customer after a tattoo session, specifying the inks used during the process.

INKpassport is an automatically generated PDF document that is ready to be sent to the client after the session, once the form has been filled out. The document contains detailed information about each type of ink used during the session, including the brand, color, batch and series number, supplier, and expiration date of the ink. INKpassport also includes the contact details of the customer and the studio where the session took place.

INKpassport meets the needs of the global tattoo industry by unifying safety standards, improving quality, and increasing the safety of customers in tattoo studios. This is important because tattoos are a permanent change to the body that can affect the customer's health. Knowing which inks were used during the session allows for the quick identification of any potential health problems. Creating and sending the document takes very little time, and the benefits are invaluable.

Filling out INKpassport is simple and takes only a few minutes. It requires providing detailed information about the inks used during the tattoo and the contact details of the customer and the studio. If you use the INKbusiness app, some information, such as the customer's name, phone number, email address, and home address, and the studio's contact information, will be automatically filled in. Then, for each type of ink used during the session, you need to provide the brand, color, batch and series number, supplier, and expiration date of the ink. The completed document is sent to the customer by email, and a copy is stored in the history of completed sessions.

In some EU countries, there are still no regulations regarding INKpassport. However, INKbusiness anticipates and meets the expectations of the industry to adapt to global standards and unify them.
